The location is ok, you can see the mountain and the valley from the front terrace.

The apartment from the basement is cold with high humidity and a bad smell.

The location was good, close to the main road. You have a place to park your car and a nice small porch to sit outside. The owner was funny and friendly, but I never tried to tell him any of my issues.

The place was a fire and electric shock Hazzard. The wall sockets did not work or they would spark when plugging in a phone charger. The breaker box was exposed with wire not connected and not protected at all. Some were melted others were black from sparks. The kitchen area had tiles that were loose and the amount of grease and dirt around the stove cannot described. The cabinets inside were full of dirt and gunk and the stove had a gas canister and no CO2 detector so I would add an explosive Hazzard. I have never seen a kitchen sponge so dirty and discussting. The bathroom was decent, but you could see that the cleanliness was mediocre at best. The towels smelled like they have sit too long the dry and now have a bad smell țo them.

Facilities here were great - we loved using the barbeque, sitting on the terrace in the mornings and having a kitchen and fridge for everything we needed, especially as it wasn't quite the height of the season we were expecting.

The 2 bedroom option downstairs, whilst it had it's entrance straight onto the terrace outside, was dark and damp. Everything got wet if you left it out throughout the day. And when we got caught in the rain, things only got dry in the morning when we could leave them outside on the picnic benches as we couldn't leave them on the radiators as the layer of dust behind them was pretty grim.
