Bardzo dobra lokalizacja na Podgórzu. Blisko na Wawel, Kazimierz i do rynku. Parking dla klientów 30 zł/dzień.

Dla tych, którzy szukają miejsca nieco z boku, ale doskonale skomunikowanego, to jest idealne miejsce. 12 minut tramwajem w okolice Starego Miasta. Po drodze możliwość przystanku na Wawelu, a jeszcze wcześniej Kazimierz. Wszędzie blisko. Ze względu na schody, bardziej dla osób w pełni sprawnych.

Studio nie polecane dla osób z żywymi dziećmi, ponieważ w tym miejscu kamienica jest bardzo mocno akustyczna.
