"Stęchlizna i pleśń. Wystarczało by raz na rok wyczyścić lampy z kurzu i pajęczyn. Spora kuchnia."

Dużo miejsca w budynku, możliwość zaparkowania, spora wspólna kuchnia

W pokoju śmierdzi stęchlizną. W łazience śmierdzi. Dość brudno. Pod łóżkiem koty kurzu. Najgorsze : pleśń ! Na oknach, na zasłonce, pod prysznicem pleśń przy silikonie. Pajęczyny na lampie ! Odpadająca od wilgoci farba ze szpachla przy oknie. Brak zasłonek na części okien, światło całą noc. Lampa przy łóżku na ścianie odstaje oderwana - niebezpieczeństwo porażenia prądem jeśli ktoś z małym dzieckiem przyjedzie. Przez ścianę słuchać każde słowo osób mieszkających po drugiej stronie.

"Obiekt w sam raz na krótki wypad w góry, bez luksusów, ale czysto i schludnie."
