The host was nice and responsive, helped us to print boarding passes and organized transport to the airport. The Riad is nicely located and overall quite clean.

Parking is provided free of charge but there are people who help you find the place and park which could be very nice, but they demand money for that. We had to pay extra 10 euro so that our car is "safe" and for the kindness of helping us to park.

Youssef is a good host Excellent room with beautiful views and history too The location is very good being within the old city

Very little maintenance, toilet with no hand towel, toilet roll holder. Shower room with no hand towel, shower curtain, shower gel, flimsy shower head. Stains in the loo that look really unpleasant. There are no bedside lights. You have to get out of bed to switch on and off lights. It's such shame as it is an amazing historic building.

The place is very clean and spacious.

There are very annoying sounds when there is wind from some doors, and after four o’clock in the afternoon you will not find anyone in the place and you will have to call their number and they will help you if possible. The strange thing is that I did not have chek in or check out procedures and I do not know why, and a final note (outside of Riyadh there are many... Bad people stare at those coming and going

it’s authenticity of a Moroccan palace. Youssef’s superb hospitality is incomparable.

we were a group of ten ladies. I booked 5rooms, we were separated but that’s because we booked late

It is 10min away from the Blue door. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good. You have free parking.
