Host communication was really good. Location is good, in between Valletta and St Julien, which are lovely areas. The communal area of the house are really nice.

The cleaning standards were not up to our expectations, the room had a terrible odour and floor, and the facilities were not clean. The host offered a second clean, but again, this was not great.

Świetne miejsce na pobyt! Guesthouse no.48 to bardzo zadbany obiekt, który od pierwszych chwil robi pozytywne wrażenie. Pokoje są czyste. Łóżka wygodne, co gwarantuje spokojny sen po całym dniu.

Struttura un una zona molto comoda di Malta, molto tranquilla (poco rumorosa) e modernamente arredata, il prezzo poi conveniente.

Jak za taką cenę pokój był w dobrym standardzie. Tv, klimatyzacja, czajnik, suszarka czyli to co potrzebne.

Łazienka- pleśń widoczna prawie na każdym rogu i nieudolnie przykrywana albo zamalowywane. Wilgotność nie tylko w łazience ale w całym pokoju na dłuższą metę ciężkie do zniesienia. Drzwi wejściowe- problem z zamkiem. Notorycznie wieczorami czy w nocy drzwi były uchylone bo nikt nie potrafił ich zamknąć.

Really nice room, spacious and clean with everything one might need. The location was fine close to several bus stops. The owner was really kind and helpful.
