Elena e Jerry sono due padroni di casa molto gentili e accoglienti. Ci hanno da subito fatti sentire a casa e hanno condiviso con noi tutto quello che sapevano su Faial, riservandoci consigli veramente preziosi. Inoltre, i due host sono estremamente attenti all'ambiente. La camera era pulita e il bagno persino dotato di bidet! È presente anche una cucina a disposizione degli ospiti e il frigorifero contiene sempre latte, succo, burro e salse che si possono consumare liberamente.
