Très bonne situation, vers le métro et une belle place arborée. Il y a boulangeries, cafés et supermarché à côté. A pied en 25m du centre ville dans un quartier calme et en devenir. La chambre était confortable avec tout le nécessaire ainsi que les parties communes. Petit déjeuner et café offert et c'est en bonus. Bon rapport qualité prix pour les petits budgets !

Manque de propreté dans la SDB partagée en raison certainement du partage. Mais la brossé des WC devrait être changée ! Au moment où j'ai séjourné il y avait un gros dégât des eaux et le plafond s'effritait un peu partout...cela étant si les travaux se font et si la sdb a une nouvelle brosse tout va bien !

Дуже зручно розташовано: за 5 хв ходьби метро, парк і церква. За 2 хв ходьби супермаркет і кафе. За 20 хв ходьби не по сходах - історичний центр 203 автобус від площі метро довезе до пляжу океану. Кімната Брага була затишною. 2 рушники. Туалет і душ поруч. Є гель і шампунь. Чисто у ванній кімнаті. На 0 поверсі є кухня із посудом, приправами для готування їжі. На сніданок хазяйка залишає домашню і магазинну випічку, чай-каву. На поверсі від сусідів було тихо

Було б не зайвим краще прибрати хол для зустрічей і кухню. У кімнаті справді гучно, бо вікна виходили на дорогу. Але для мене, яка щоночі переживає в Україні обстріл ракетами і шахедами, це не було проблемою. Просто зачинила вікно. Також було ю добре господарям заздалегідь попереджати про конкретні інструкції поселення. А так все добре

"Posizione invidiabile ma occorre manutenzione."

L'alloggio è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi ed è molto vicino alla fermata della metro Marques e dei Bus con i quali si possono raggiungere tutti i più bei siti di Porto e dintorni (sistema di trasporto eccezionale). Si trova a pochi passi da un supermercato Pingo Doce piccolo ma ben fornito e nel quale si acquista a buoni prezzi. Molto comodo il letto. La stanza a piano terra non è molto grande ma alla fine va bene perchè non si va a Porto per restare chiusi in alloggio. La scelta di avere il micro bagno con doccia in camera è stata ottima.

L'alloggio con pò di manutenzione, un pò di ordine, qualche rinnovo e con qualche pulizia in più non sarebbe male e lo trasformerebbe in meglio perchè ha veramente dalle grandi potenzialità, considerata la sua posizione. Sarebbe bello poter ritornare e ritrovarlo rinnovato e più accogliente perchè la città di Porto e dintorni meritano sicuramente più di una visita.
