Casa Viana - Guesthouse

Het guesthouse ligt heel centraal. Je hebt een mooi uitzicht op de duinen bank. Je kunt met een bootje naar de overkant. Je hebt daar een prachtig strand. Het ontbijt was prima verzorgd. De eigenaren waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De sfeer was heel leuk.

Je hebt soms straatlawaai. In de kamer was het ‘s nachts niet helemaal donker.

L'accueil chaleureux avec les hôtes à l écoute. La maison est très conviviale. Grande terrasse où l.on peut prendre les repas avec une superbe vue sur la ria. Je recommande vivement cet établissement situé le long de l'eau. Parking privé fermé. Proche de restaurants et supérette à pied. Superbe petit-déjeuner compris dans le prix.

Fuimos mi mujer y yo con nuestra Golden, los anfitriones son un diez, están muy atentos a que estés bien y trataron mejor a nuestra perra. Tiene parking gratuito propio, una terraza compartida con vistas bonitas a la laguna donde desayunábamos. A unos 10-15 minutos del centro de Tavira en coche, para nosotros fue una muy buena ubicación. Todo muy limpio y desayuno incluido con variedad. Repetiremos.

En el baño tienen los restos de un radiador y es hasta un poco peligroso, pero una nimiedad con todo el resto del alojamiento

El trato familiar, Javier y liviana te lo ponen muy fácil,como,amigos de siempre,la ubicación frente al mar y la ría,el desayuno,todo recién hecho y suficiente cantidad y variedad, habitación amplia cómoda y limpia, aparcamiento gratuito,muy recomendable, y a buen precio, nosotros volveremos seguro .

El trato de los anfitriones, el hotel y la ubicación

Just ideal. Ham & Cheeses. Fruit, boiled eggs . Croissants etc. Plenty of choices for tea, coffee. But the rooms are more like a hotel than guest house with plenty of space. And kept spotless. The mini fridge is a must and was well employed.

The breakfast room is small so the 4 or 5 tables are close together in an intimate environment so you are liable to be involved in several conversations! You could of course take your breakfast upstairs on the terrace if you wanted more privacy. For something more substantial there are nearby cafes and The Irish.

Ontbijt was simpel, maar goed. Locatie is prachtig. Gastvrouw is heel aardig
