Apartament's Veiga Areeiro

We had a pleasant stay in Lisbon. The room was good, and the bed was very comfortable. The shared areas of the house were well-maintained, and we particularly enjoyed the nice patio. Overall, it was a cozy and welcoming place to stay

While the room itself was comfortable, we were disappointed that the only ‘window’ opened into the living room, which compromised our privacy. Additionally, there was no air conditioning, making the room quite hot. This made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep.

Good location in a nice Lisbon neighbourhood. 5min walk to the metro or bus stop. Check in with two different keys because of the several rooms in the apartment. Not easy to open the buildings front door, but thanks to the friendly neighbours who told us how to open them. Really clean apartment overall! Apartment has a fresh repair so that is pretty nice. In total there are 3 guest rooms. Shared kitchen has all the utilities you would need.

We stayed for two nights. In the first night we were alone, but on the second the other two guest rooms were occupied. On the second night we could hear really clear when someone would leave the apartment. The locks on the door are huge and it isn't possible to turn them quietly. As are room was first in the apartment we coul hear it really clear. Acoustics is a problem. Our room's bathroom wasn't spacious, but there is a possibillity to use the shared bathroom which is bigger.

The room is clean and cozy, the location is very good and the value is great. The owner is always in touch which I really liked too.

It’s very noisy in the morning as the walls are thin and the Vanilla room has a “glass” wall from the toilet so you can see the other person in the bathroom. But besides this, everything is perfect.

The location was covinient, close to the metro, in a quite neighborhood, far away from the crowd.

The apartment has three rooms. When the other quests wake up early, you can hear every movement so if you are planning to get well deserved sleep, it might not work well for you.

Nice room. The host was very nice to allow us in a little earlier. The kitchen has everything you need for quick meal prep, A little bit far from the city center but very close to a train and metro station so not a big deal.

The private bathroom is separated from the room by a glass wall, so make sure you don't have a problem with the person you are traveling with seeing you doing all your bathroom business.

The room was so comfy and quiet. There was a fan, which its perfect for the summer

Overall fine if you have the room with window and private bathroom

Check out process unclear, we were rushed out of our room an hour before check out by someone who wanted to clean (which he could also do at 11), and after when I wanted to check if I left something in the room he at denied it. He said we had to wait and he would check for us. Very strange and unpleasant ending to a fine stay otherwise
