Всё! Это какой то ужас, а не отель! Из трёх сотрудников на регистрации поприветствовать только один. Остальные не посчитали нужным приветствовать гостей. А дальше было все ещё хуже.

I booked this place on a rainy day, in order to use the sauna and swimming pool. At check-in (which takes places in another place) we were confirmed the appliances worked. It wasn't the case and we were sent a guy without any electrical or other technical knowledge who dared to accuse us to have broken it. I called again and was yield into by the manager who offered no solution, no compensation nor upgrade. These people have absolutely no idea what a hospitality business is. The receptionist, a young lady that speaks properly to clients (or people in general) and I hope never turns out like her supervisors offered us breakfast (in the hotel, not the guesthouse). Well, it was ridiculous, and even more for its price so I suggest these guys to visit a hotel in order to learn what a buffet is. Even coffee was bad, which is a proper achievement in Portugal. All these lies were confirmed the day after by another worker who knew the spa appliances hadn't been working for a while. This doesn't end there. After midnight we discovered that the rooms with private jacuzzi, as signatures on the chalk board in the kitchen suggested, are used for people with 0 imagination to repeat sad porn scenarios. There is 0 sound insulation (another remark for people pretending to be in hospitality business) so we heard everything, from filling up the jacuzzi twice to the many slaps and ridiculous moaning. Last but not least, the central heating doesn't work and we had a ridiculous electric radiator that barely did the job.
