"Peace and tranquility in the most beautiful of surroundings!"

The tranquil setting is the perfect place to relax for a few days; it was great for our young children also who had the freedom to walk around in the beautiful grounds amongst the grape vines and fruit trees. Ms Adelaide and Xavier were the perfect hosts, so kind, helpful - nothing was too much. The house, rooms, grounds and swimming pools are very well maintained and the small kitchen area enabled us to store a few fresh food items so we could prepare our own lunch during the day. Breakfast was very enjoyable, simple but just enough. The accommodation is situated just a short drive from Armamar where we enjoyed dinner. It is also very well located for exploring areas of the Douro including the most beautiful road route from Regua to Pinhao. We would recommend the property to anyone wishing to visit the area. Thank you so much for your hospitality!
