"Soggiorno deludente a causa della scarsa insonorizzazione e del bagno condiviso con troppe stanze"

La posizione è buona perché l'alloggio si trova vicino alla metro Alameda, il che facilita gli spostamenti.

Il bagno in comune era condiviso con altre 9 stanze e c'era una sola doccia, rendendo di fatto impossibile usarlo perché c'era sempre fila. Inoltre, il check-in è possibile solo in una fascia oraria molto ristretta (dalle 15:00 alle 18:00), oltre è a pagamento. La camera, posizionata all'ingresso, aveva porta e pareti non insonorizzate e super sottili: si sentiva tutto e il sonno era impossibile.

🙂 localização e limpeza

😔 a fechadura do quarto parece avariada, pois só fechava com a chave senao ficava aberta! o quarto é um pouco pequeno ( nem conseguia ter as malas abertas) acho que nao tem nada haver com as fotos do booking, o bengaleiro de casacos fica no alto da porta( mal conseguia lá chegar)tinha visto tambem uma área exterior...procurei...nao encontrei...acho que nao tem! Cozinha sem guardanapos/ rolo de cozinha! São pequenos pormenores mas que fazem toda a diferença!

Easy distance from everything, clean and quiet part of town. The facilities are simple but very comfortable and squeaky clean. Yes, there are other guests, but everyone kept to themselves and are polite and courteous to one another.

If there were to be s guest that’s not following house rules, etc. there isn’t anyone who could take care of it in a timely fashion.

Ubicación, habitación amplia, personal amable. Estancia tranquila.

Check in muy limitado (hasta las 6 de la tarde) debiendo pagar 20€ si se llega mas tarde. Se hecha en falta una sala común donde poder sentarse y compartir, ya que la cocina es muy pequeña y no hay espacio para ello. Los utensilios de la cocina son muy básicos (no hay tazas, ni cucharillas…el cubo de basura debería estar fuera del mueble pues no es fácil abrirlo dentro de él). En el ducha se hecha en falta un estante donde dejar las cosas y una barra para el grifo. Sólo hay un baño completo para compartir, aunque no ha habido problemas con eso.
