Atendimento rapido e prestativo.

O quarto não atendeu minhas expectativas, tinha um cheiro muito forte vindo do banheiro, o que causou um mal-estar muito desagradável. O banheiro não tinha bom isolamento térmico, muito menos aquecimento, o que é ruim para uma hospedagem na serra.

What we liked most was the attention of the staff, they were very attentive to us. It is a very nice mountain hotel, the room was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The view from the room was beautiful.
