ZAOur hostess was very pleasant and really responded quickly to the issues experienced. The location was very good for our needs. It was clean.
The first room did not have some of the facilities advertised ( microwave and hair dryer). A hair dryer was provided promptly when requested. The water in our room was not hot. When we complained we were moved to another room however the shower in the second room had no curtain so water splashed everywhere when having a shower.
