"Warm welcome frome huge cockroach"

At the end we managed to check in

For late check in they sent us a wrong number:(so we arrived with small kids and did not know what to do. Then an owner arrived after other guests called him. A huge cockroach in our bedroom gave us a warm welcome so kids were afraid to sleep there and had nightmares:(
