The property itself was fine but when we arrived there were issues. First there was no internet. There is no heating snd it was cold and rainy. I called 8 times to the number I was given and no answer. In fact they still haven’t answered after a day and a half. I also sent texts. Trying to get help but was ignored . I asked for a refund and haven’t heard back. After 3 hours we decided to Leave as it was to cold. We then checked into another place

Cuando llegamos no pudimos coger las llaves del cajetín, porque el numero que nos dieron para abrirlo no era el correcto. Intentamos contactar a través del teléfono facilitado por booking con el hotel y no hubo manera. Ya a última hora del día cuando ya nos habíamos buscado otra alternativa de alojamiento, nos llegó un mensaje con el número correcto para poder coger las llaves.

Muy recomendable, una zona muy buena cerca del Lidl y centro comercial, buena comunicación en carretera Cocina amplia y con todo asesorío,

O check-in somente 1 hora depois do acordado. O wi-fi não estava funcionando.

Gastgeber sehr freundlich und bemüht und Unterkunft sehr sauber.

Direkt an stark befahrener Straße gelegen (Kreisverkehr). Extrem laut, so dass wir nach einer Nacht abgereist sind. Schlechte bzw. keine Schallisolierung.

Muy limpio , el personal atento y pendiente de todo , aún siendo un trato por móvil
