Rose view guest house

Ubicación. Justo en una parada de metro. El anfitrión muy atento. Los baños limpios. El resto de la casa con falta de limpieza.

El colchón era muy incómodo.

The owner was extremely friendly, hospitable, and helpful. Clean and well-supllied bathroom, bedroom, and kitchen. Good location too with easy access to public transportation options. (Very fast wifi too if that is a consideration).

Kitchen is not ready to bake 🙂

Close to metro station

When we arrived we were told there was a leak in bedroom corner. Couldn't see ongoing leak but they said engineer needs to come next day to review. Whilst we were out in Lisbon next day, accommodation guy called us asking us to come back urgently as we need to vacate as it's a big leak and he needs to shut off water supplies. It was extremely stressful. He kept pushing us to cancel the booking from our side saying he will refund fully if we did so; we called booking.com to check what needs to be done. They said we shouldn't cancel from our side as asked and instead send pictures of leak. When we arrived back at hotel within 1-2 hrs of him calling us asking to vacate, accommodation guy was angry that we didn't come straight away and also that we called booking.com. We said we will vacate in half an hour as we wanted time to book a new place and gather our stuff....he said no more than 10 mins!!!! We lost a day of our trip. Book at your own risk.
