Friendly staff, very nice location, cleanliness. Breakfast is great. The owner offered us a glass of wine upon the arrival :)

No A/C was very bad. However, the owner provided us with a ventilator when we asked for it. It would have been nice to find bed sheets in the bed when we arrived and the ventilator already in the room. Especially since we paid 83€ for one night (Same rate as a 4 stars hotel in Göteborg, Sweden, last month)

Clean, the host very nice and friendly

The bathroom/toilet door from my room was a sliding plastic and the road is at the first floor level so I felt like the cars where passing next to my bed, was a bit noisy also, I suppose the rooms with back view are more quiet....beside that the rest is nice, clean, the apartaments have all the things you need to enjoy a nice stay.
