I had a pleasant stay and was very satisfied with the accommodation. Everything was clean, comfortable, and matched the description. The host was helpful, and the overall experience was great. I would definitely recommend it.

The room was very big and bright, equipped with closet, fridge and desk. The place is very well located

No nos gustó la entrada, un " recibidor" antes de la puerta de la escalera muy sucio y desprolijo.. El water, con una costra fea en el fondo. . La iluminación, regular. Se necesitaría una luz que ilumine la mesa

The location, internet and room amenities

The bedding and duvet were poor quality they made me sweat a lot.

Extremely helpful owner, perfect spot to visit the city center (3 minutes to three brigdes), clean, well equiped. I would definitely return back. Highly recommended. Thank you!

Between 6-10 a.m. is a deadend of the street opened to allow traffic to the city center i.e. it can be a little bit busy on the street during this time, but out of these hours perfectly quite.

Owner Suzana was my hero when my incoming flight was delayed so I didn't arrive at the property until after midnight & Susana was waiting for me at the outside door to guide me upstairs to my room AND she very kindly carried my heavy suitcase & backpack up the long flight of stairs - I am older & have significant mobility challenges (bad balance, knees, back) so I was already very grateful for her help & even more so after being in transit for more than 24 hours! Suzana also very kindly carried the luggage down the stairs for me on departing. That alone was worth everything but also Suzana very quickly responded to all my enquiries and was helpful with advice on where to eat, etc. The location of the property can not be bettered, only 1 block away from the Triple Bridge but on a quiet street. The 2 chairs were comfortable (not always the case!) & the desk just right for using my laptop comfortably. Bathroom facilities were good. I really appreciated having a kettle in the room.

These are little things, not important, just tweaks to an already pleasant place. It would have been nice if the fridge had a freezer shelf, if there had been more than 2 pillows, if there had been a suitcase rack, and if there had been a full-length mirror.
