Nothing because we slept on the street.

Very disappointing experience. The property has no physical reception, yet we never received any instructions on how to collect the keys or access the accommodation. After a very long journey and several hours of waiting at the border, we arrived around midnight only to face unnecessary stress and confusion. Basic check-in information should be provided in advance, especially for a property that operates without a reception desk. The lack of communication was unprofessional and unacceptable. Unfortunately, this experience did not meet even basic hospitality standards, and I would not recommend this accommodation to other travelers.

Spacious room and good location

The window in the room looked directly out onto a public area where there were often people. The window did not have black out curtains and people could look directly into the room so there was scant privacy. This is the case in other rooms as well. Bathroom and shower were not enjoyable. ‘Kitchenette’ facilities were incredibly basic. Ants showed up in my room as well. Staff provided unclear directions about bag storage.
