Amplasarea este bună, semicentral. Amplasat în zona Ciupercă, aproape de stadion, de Mitropolie, Piața Veche și Madona)

Clădirea este într-o stare slabă. Amenajarea este minimală iar dotarea improvizată. Curățenia lasă de dorit. Mă întreb dacă pensiunea respectă normele
