great for overnight / weekend getaway stay in Bystrica, great friendly staff, parking included, nice garden included, walking distance to the city, family business = I support ;)

Nice breakfast in another building, the staff was very kind and friendly.

There are 2 buildings- main+ small house with few rooms. We have lived in house in the room on basement with feeling very unsafely; the "paper" furniture looked terrible- scratched and hard to open, creaking by each movement; old damaged table from somewhere; the tile in the bathroom cracked. The walls very thin, so you really hear the speach from your neighbor. The value ABSOLUTELY DO NOT match to paid amount. The hotel should offer several price levels as this room has very poor standard. Maybe this was the worst room at the pension.

The location.

The furniture are quite old. No hot water to take a shower. I have wait 25 min to come hot water but this not happening. How comes?

The breakfast was amazing! Very nice rooms and good location.

When I arrived in the afternoon the hotel was closed. I ringed, but nobody answered. I had to call on the phone and only after sometime someone came to open. It was quite confusing. The hotel should at least worn the guests about this.
