USLoved the common space and kitchen, the extra bathrooms were perfect and the staff was lovely. The place is on the route of the callejoneadas and it's beautiful to see and hear from the balcony. The place is right in the center of things.
Maybe it can be a little noisy.
USThe location is perfect, the room had a nice balcony, I was expecting it to be a little noisier because of the location but not even loud at all, I will stay here again for sure.
The balcony needs a little touch up, that is it.

GBFabulous location in Guanajuato! On extremely central street but not next to anywhere too noisy so still able to get good night sleep. Street parades/ bands do sometimes go past but we loved these and they are a great part of Guanajuato! Door has code for access so entrance quite discreet. Kitchen facilities were great and water filter on tap in kitchen was really nice to have. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Maid who works there was really sweet lovely lady! Very quick response from hotel staff via whatsapp for any questions/ queries.
No reception so can be a bit difficult if you need something (e.g. clean towel, toilet roll) when maid isn't there. Luggage storage is only available until 3pm after checkout which did affect our plans slightly We weren't sent code for building in advance of arriving so had to go to nearby bar at 6pm with all our bags so that we could connect to wifi and contact owner. However they answered whatsapp call almost immediately and sorted quickly.

Did not have any sign for the hotel. Dod not know it was an Air BnB. Did not know I needed an access code to enter the building. There was no sign with the hotel name on the wooden gate. I was walking up and down the Calle Alonso for about 30 mins. with my back pack. Ending up asking a very nice waiter from a restaurant across the street for wifi. He called the property owner to give me an access code to get into the building.
LVGreat little guesthouse at the heart of Guanajuato. Very close to all the sightseeing points, restaurants and bars. Despite being so central - it’s located on a quieter street. Comfortable beds and great hot shower!
Everything was very great considering the value. Only suggestion would be to send checkin instructions in English too!
