Nice potential. Great host in Tanya. Descent size rooms. Willing to assist and accomodative.

Communal kitchen. It doesn't work, it is not a back packers. Each room should have it's own fridge and coffee station. There is enough space in the rooms for that. The building needs some maintenance and attention, but is fairly neat.
