The other room had bad cracks

Safe location, clean room and comfortable beds. Good service.

There was no hot water when we arrived . It was late and The geaser was not on. Very disappointing considering we booked in advance and made payment in full. We could not shower after a long drive and we needed to rest as we were enroute to DBN from CPT. There was no discount or consideration for the inconvenience.

Loved the staff and the location was perfect. Amenities great and such a peaceful place. Will definitely book with you again. Will be our first choice when we visit Bloem again. Thank you so so much.

Location in a quiet suburb. Bed and bedding good and comfortable.

Not enough complimentary tea/coffee/creamer sachets nor soaps/shampoos. New manager was taking over at the time of our arrival, so was a bit disorganized but she tried her best to accommodate us. Could hear the TV playing in the adjacent room, but the guests were adherent to the rules and switched off at 10pm, but still a disturbance if one wants to sleep earlier.

I loved that it was very secure, quiet, comfortable and the garden was beautiful, my family and I enjoyed playing pool as well as table tennis, my little 1 year old enjoyed himself playing in the grass and sand.
