Room was nice and view from it.

Outside looked dated, hot tub looked very dated, buffet breakfast very average but cooked breakfast good.

The property was on the waters edge as the waves were soothing. The breakfast was very good and there was the option of eating it on the deck. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. There was on site parking.

I would have liked a sea facing room with balcony as shown on Booking.Com.

"Splendid"

We stayed in the presidential suite and it was absolutely perfect. A huge bed looking directly onto the sea. A private hot tub and a big bathroom. Very pleasant check in and a lions walk was recommended which was excellent and the local lighthouse. We had a lovely breakfast looking out to sea. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this place.

The temperature in the hot tub was not hot in our suite but we used the tub on the ground floor and that was hot and was well located looking out to sea.

"Magical experience & stay in Mossel Bay"

We had a special event with the location was very friendly to organise & the communication for our requests were absolutely fantastic. They have a great team of Staff, great property & facilities. We would be very happy to stay with them again in the future.

Nothing was negative, the whole experience was wonderful & we wished we stayed longer with them. There is no negatives for their best rooms.
