Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with a Booking reservation. Avoid this place at all costs. We called earlier the same day to ask if we could eat somewhere nearby and confirm our late arrival. The woman on the phone said we could eat in the city and arrive by 1:30 AM because another guest was also checking in then. Everything seemed fine. But when we arrived—after dinner and well before the agreed hour—the host told us she had CANCELLED our reservation because “we didn’t show up.” She even claimed not to know we were from Booking.com, despite the fact that I introduced myself during the call, and my phone number was clearly available in the booking details. We were left outside, at night, in the rain, without shelter or any clear explanation. She didn’t answer the phone until we called 5–7 times. Then she started the conversation with “I cancelled your booking”—no apology, no attempt to help, just a complete disregard for basic hospitality or decency. Even worse, on the second day (after we had no choice, because we made payment on booking without cancellation possibility l, the entrance chip didn’t work. We were locked out, waiting at the door for someone to exit, because the “24/24 reception” mentioned in the listing is clearly not real. This was beyond unfair—it was a disgrace. No communication, no respect, and no accountability. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
