Crane Cottage

The lighting was poor but the host did agree to attend to that

Friendly staff and clean accommodation , good restaurants close by

the staff was no very friendly she refered to us as you people you come late she called us opportunist .we booked very late and I dont understand why she would expect us to be early .

the attitude and also I booked for an aparment with 2 rooms one with two single beds and another room with double which I thought will accommodate 4 pple however when I arrived I was told I booked for two people and cannot allow five people in two rooms even though there were enough beds she then asked us to pay extra for 600 rands which we did in cash and I havenot rece the reciept for that .

The host was patient waiting for us to arrive late . The room was very comfortable and so we're the beds.
