"Worst than I expected based on the rating."

One of the guests was talking on the phone very loudly in the lobby area till around 1 am. And then he came out on a balcony and did the same. I rented this place because I needed a goos night sleep for my travel, but it did not happen. The staff is missing, they don't have enough people working for them. Unfortunately there was not even a kettle or a glass in the room.

Perfect location, spotless, quiet and cozy

No glasses in the room, no coffee or breakfast available but we found great coffee nearby.

All was good , but unfortunately there was no breakfast and the Cafe downstairs was not operational Maybe a coffee machine in the community space would help.
