Although a bit long walking distance to town centre, an owner privides many free off charge bicicles so you can peddle within 10mins to the centre. Nice, well equipped kitchen, tv, air con.

The guest that i share in the house very noisy i cant sleep and the living room sharing but concur by the other guest.

The overall environment is quiet , which is nice

However,it's obvious that the place has been unoccupied for quite some time. There's a lot of visible dust.the floor in the living room also felt sticky and uncomfortable.

We did not stay in the property at all.

We booked two rooms, but one of them had a malfunctioning air conditioner and no fan. Both rooms were charged at the same rate, yet only one had a fan. The weather was extremely hot that day. We contacted the property owner, and he advised us to wait 30 minutes for the air conditioner to work properly. However, even after waiting, the air conditioning still didn’t function well. As a result, we decided to check out the same day and find a more comfortable place to stay. The owner acknowledged the issue and agreed to refund one of the rooms.

The response and kindness of the owner

Stayed overnight to catch the ferry to Tioman. The host even arranged a taxi to the Jetty the next morning for me! Very helpful. No problems finding the place, just type it in Google maps and it'll lead you right there. Self check in went smoothly thanks to the explanations provided by the host. The room was clean, spacious and had good AC - all you need really. It's basically one room (with its own lock and key) in a big house, the other facilities are shared between all the guests. There is a washing machine as well.

If you're coming by bus, you'll have to walk about 25min from the Mersing bus terminal, and there's no real sidewalk, just a big street. I tried taking a cab with Grab but it didn't work. Be aware of that.
