Comfortable beds, clean rooms, clean bathrooms, well working airco and WiFi, super host brought us to the ferry terminal by car, so nice of him!

Great price to value ratio, the owner gave us a lift to the ferry.

The beds are not that comfortable butjalljyou need for one night to catch the ferry in the morning.

The facilities are very near to the mersing jetty for tioman or island hopping. Very clean facilities, good water pressure, everything was well maintained.

Limited parking, but still accomodative

I used it as a transit for the Tioman ferry and it served my purpose. Was clean and equipped like a house. The location is quite inside and would be good to check with if you are arriving late. Mr Tolo was very kind and helpful and even dropped me to the ferry since I was travelling alone and so I felt comfortable even when I came in quite late and left quite early.

Very helpful and welcoming owner! Smooth self check-in during the afternoon. Everything was clean.
