Pensiunea Beverly Hills

The house is located very close (walking distance)to the main attractions, the thermal water parks. Rooms are big and have some small balconies. There is free parking space at the location. Rooms were clean.

We had an unpleasant experience with the host with whom we actually interacted only by phone, apparently the one in charge to welcome the guests is the cleaning lady. We had to pay cash (for 8 persons) although in their Booking site they say card payment is available at the location. We asked for a receipt (as we finally paid cash) and then we were told (by phone) in a very arrogant tone, that receipts can be made only for people with Romanian identity card. Overall, a very grotesque and annoying situation. The person we spoke to by phone was very unpolite. Bathroom curtain needs deep cleaning and the shower head was not working properly. There are no other facilities at the location, breakfast is not available , vending machines were not working and there is no shopping at walking distance.

Very confortable pension, relaxed and kind staff.

Need better quality bedding...towels...toiletries

everything was amazing, friendly stuff , warm place , couldn’t ask for more everything worked perfectly , I definitely will come back at Beverly Hills soon
