Happy Bentong Guest House

The location is at the main street, beside market, there are many food stalls selling in the morning and evening. During Jul & Aug, you will enjoy sumptuous durian treat along the street. The cleanliness in the unit is not bad, comfortable to stay.

We have to remove shoe and There is no slippers to wear in toilet, floor of toilet outside is not so clean, without wearing shoe, we don't feel comfortable. But there are floor mat outside to wipe ur foot after coming out from toilet. Toilet paper was not provided inside but after we feedback, host put toilet roll inside.

The beds are nice and comfy and the sheets are clean. The floor is clean too! The host also provided towels and blankets. The aircon is cool too, there's also some heaters, hot water and overall a comfortable stay. It's near the famous attractions in Bentong Town, which are the morning market, Yuan Kie Kopitiam, Auntie Mok Taufu and etc. Though it's a bit noisy in the morning but that's alright.

Located in the middle of the small town, surrounded by Kopitiam shops around and pasar pagi. A good place to walk around in the morning, not far from Lemang To'ki. If you love nature, go to Air Terjun Chamang for outdoor activity. I plan to eat durian Bentong but not the right time, durian season start after mid-June 2024. Good price for Musang King. You should try halia Bentong product, there are many, I opt for Mr Bentong halia drinks & asam. The guesthouse owner is friendly, also the aunty (I think the cleaning lady), we have a good conversation.

Wake up early as this area is the centre of the town, everyone wake up early eat breakfast, and do not expect this is a quiet area. Room is okay and spacious, but got nyamuk la haha no worry just buy ridsect in KK Mart. Shared bathroom.
