Everything was great. Sylvia was an absolute gem.

In my confirmation it said towels were provided and they weren't. We had to phone and try an d sort it out. Which we eventually did. The remote they gave us didn't work, thankfully Silvia lent us hers. 2 remotes would have been better with so many of us in the house
