The hotel is in a good location, close to the city and easy to find food

I can still accept that the bathroom is outside and shared with other guests, but the cleanliness was disappointing as there were many strands of hair on the floor, yellow stains on the bedsheet and dust or food crumbs on the console table. The owner was also not prepared for my check-in even though I had informed them more than 4 hours earlier and I had to wait almost 20 mins in the lobby without any fan or air conditioning while they searched for the room key. Overall, it did not feel worth the price of RM170 per night.
