Very nice host, it felt like home

I didn't like the casa alba it's so horrible place and the owner of the hotel was very unprofessional I had checkout 31 December 2023. 29 December I told the owner that I'll be leave tomorrow then after 30 December 2023 morning at around 9:30 owner of the hotel came to my room and told me that you must leave the room before 11 am then I was shocked and I replied that I have exact date of the check out 31 December 2023 not today which he agreed although he didn't returned my one money. My first in the hotel I requested to the owner that please gimme a good view room and the hotel was totally empty I was shocked that owner told me if you need good view you have to pay extra more amount around 400 RON then after I kept silent Owner is greedy he just focusing only earning the money but he can't satisfy the guests Also he told me don't switch on the corridor lights because it's expensive and about me as a guest I need the lights because no-one in the hotel especially night time so it's very very dark place .

Place and facilities are very poor.
