The beds were good.

Sleeper couch not for an average size adult. Nou basin to wash dishes. No cloth or.sunligjt liquid to wash dishes. Booking could not being transferred to another date. But have eventually go not to loose the money.

It is a lovely spacious room with excellent facilities.

The only constructive feedback is to please put a duvet on the bed and not just a thin "deken" I was able to find a blanket to keep me warm.

Noisey with other persons sharing the house.

Not very personal due to other rooms rented out.

The location was very good, near the main streets, but in a quiet side street ! It was quiet at night, the security was good, it was dark at night. Tenants were reminded to keep things quiet after 20:00, and everyone complied with the request. The Owner visited the property every day and attended to all queries and suggestions very fast and effectively, e.g. my request for a specific electrical plug. The bed was large and comfortable, everything in good working order, well maintained and very clean. My parking spot was good; I could get in and out easily. The arrangements were very good, with the lock combination, location and rules sent to me via WhatsApp to me beforehand. Communication with the owner was easy and effective.

Signs for the premises were not close to the road, it took me a while to locate it. I assumed that there will be an on-suite bathroom, I had to get used to going to the bathroom further down the corridor and keeping it locked. There were units that had on-suite facilities, even kitchens, I did not check beforehand. The facilities were all good, no issue with that !
