Der Weg zur Villa ist nicht so schön, der Wasserdruck in einem der beiden Bäder war sehr schwach.

The Lapa area is as ok. Dinner and breakfast good. Friendly staff.

The mattresses in our room were hollow and not comfortable. No bedside tables to leave things on, like a glass of water for example. Not easy to get to the bungalow with cases.

Extraordinary on all levels. Wonderful bungalow offering intimacy, fantastic views and close contact with nature. I loved to take a bath in the outside tub and shower outside the next morning. Quite a view and a very pleasant experience ! Great staff and meals. I enjoyed every moment and also loved the outside fireside.

I was not tempted to use the pool as the water didn’t look quite clean.

Beautiful guest farm outside the Waterberg Plateau. Very rustic, but some people prefer the rustic experience.

Service in general was not up to standard. No Wifi in the cabins. Outside lights were not switched off at night, so light was shining into the rooms when we slept. Dinner was not good and not worth the cost of the meal. Some of the food was cold when served and had to be returned to the kitchen. The hot desert was cold when served. No action was taken when we complained about the meals. Our experience was definitely below what we expected to get for the cost of the accommodation.

Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, view to the plateau. We particularly enjoyed driving around the farm with Edward. The receptionist kindly booked our game drive on the plateau. A special compliment to the chef(s) who provided good meals.
