The boat shuttle is available for 2 rounds per day: 11:40 and 16:30 hrs. (subject to change depending on the weather condition). Please note that this offer is not applicable for stays during July until October of each year. Guests who would like to arrive at the property before the mentioned hours can contact the property staff at the pier directly to arrange the transfer. A return shuttle (from property to Ton Sai Pier) is also available for an additional charge. It is available everyday at 09:30 hrs. Guests are advised to contact the property directly for the costs and any additional information.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. "Très bien positionné pour être loin de l’agitation de la ville principale de Phi Phi mais pas au niveau des prestations"

L’emplacement plutôt calme et à proximité d’un petit village agréable (avec de très bonnes adresses pour manger ou boire un verre); La sympathie et la disponibilité de l’équipe de l’hôtel; La réactivité du propriétaire qui nous a changé de bungalow parce que la climatisation faisait un bruit insupportable.

La qualité de la literie vraiment pas au niveau; La vétusté des équipements; L’obligation de payer en supplément un transport pour accéder à l’hôtel sans que ça soit vraiment notifié au préalable; La propreté pas au rendez vous; L’odeur causée par la fumée du feu que fait le propriétaire chaque soir pour brûler des déchets végétaux (mais aussi des déchets non végétaux).

Franchement ? Je n'arrive pas à comprendre les commentaires des gens ! Endroit pas propre! Les équipements ne fonctionnent pas, la clim fait un bruit ( impossible de trouver le sommeil ) et le pire c'est toutes les blattes que vous trouverez au sol ds la nuit 😱 et si vous en parliez au proprio il s'en tape Un conseil ? Ne vous arrêtez pas ici!!

Staff were amazing and very efficient to help with any of your needs. Helped with arranging taxis/boats to go on tours

Well it’s not really hotel related however there is a Rooster just over the other side of the fence and if you like your wake up alarm ranging from 02:45-05:00 for a few hours and no snooze button…What more can I say!

Тишина.

Домики маленькие, деревенские. В нашем номере стоял стойкий запах плесени. В туалете душ не работал, вообще трудно это назвать душем, раковина с унитазом над ними лейка, окно- просто дырка в стене. Холодильник весь грязные, плесень на резинке. Из кондиционера тоже летит мусор.
