I really enjoyed my stay at I-Talay once I figured out exactly where it was. They have several "inter-related" properies on the island under the same umbrella name. But I was pleasantly surprised by how lovely the room was. Super big comfy bed. Bigger than "mini" fridge which was a nice surprise. Huge bathroom with nice hot water shower. Wifi was great and if you have a motorbike, it's super easy to get around and also back and forth to the room. Very private. Never really saw anyone. There is a short-cut walkway right beside the place too that comes out on the main road with all the shops and restaurants and 7-11s, quite close to the main White Sand beach. Great value for the dollar. I would have no problem recommending this place to people looking for a nice place to stay on Koh Samed. Especially if you don't mind "not" being "on" the beach.

Nothing comes to mind. Very helpful friendly staff too. No issues whatsoever.

The second morning the cleaning lady just opened the door by her keys without knocking or making sure that i am inside or not while I was awake but still in bed, even tho I was not putting the cleaning sign out on the door that clearly means I don't want the staff to enter my room, that gave me a feeling of unsafe specially that I was alone woman And i had a hard time sleeping the next night because I was scared that anybody can just open the door and come inside. It was too small, smell bad in the beginning, it was a bit different from the pictures i was expecting different, the safety was not good But the staff at the check-in office were nice

So helpful upon arrival couldn't have asked for more. Let down on departure, I had ordered a taxi through the main office and it didn't turn up, causing us to miss our ferry. Tiny room, with absolutely nowhere to put anything.

I think I've mentioned dislikes...not a comfortable bed.5

The staff is super lovely! we went to the main reception close to the pier, and they brought us with the motorbike to our room. The room had everything we needed and was clean. about 7minutes walking to the beach.

The room was a little humid, but wit the A/c it was more than fine. The rest was totally fine.
