I like the room, the staff and the location. I may say that the room is comfortable to stay in . With regards to the staff they are facilitating and accommodating despite the language barrier. The location is exactly as I wanted..

I paid through booking.com no issue at all. But wh en I rebooked, the second time which my wife did for me back in the UK and paid the amount indicated which was in the same room. Just extending my stay, I was surprised that I needed to pay for an upgrade which I don't understand. I am in the same room, had rebooked it and paid but needed to pay 100bht per night which total 700bht for 7 days. So I refused to pay. In the reception they said, the room that I am using is an Aircon. When I rebooked, they said the room should be the one which doesn't have an Aircon just a fan. In my mind, was that the way they call it an upgrade or upgrade the prize?

The staff was kind especially the housekeeping lady she was warm and always with a smile. The rooms are clean and spacious.It’s a basic hotel good for just leaving your bags and going out to do activities since it’s also a cheap hotel.WiFi was fast

The entire hotel did not have an iron. There is no lift in the whole building and I had a room in the third floor hence I had to carry my luggage up the stairs with no help at all. The location is not ideal or tourist friendly, not much restaurants or entertainment around I have to travel just to explore the city more. No AC and it was really hot and the plugs were not working properly. There’s a 300 Baht deposit that you have to pay cash upon check but it is refunded upon checkout. The plugs

Primero no encontraban nuestra reserva y nos hicieron esperar como media hora, no hay ascensor Muchos bichos , cama dura y ventilador viejo porque sonaba tanto que parecía que se iba a romper

Teniamos muchas maletas y nuestra habitacion estaba ubicada en la tercera planta, sin ascensor, en recepcion se demoraron mas de 20 minutos en hacernos el check in, la habitacion no estaba limpia, muchos bichos, la cama era muy dura.

Good location

My room was direct on the main road which was very loud with cars and motorbikes all day long. No good for someone who wants to rest.
