Good location near the old town

No isolation between the balcony and the room so I could hear the big road underneath. The staff was not really helpful and couldn't answer my questions.

Place was clean and housekeeping was on top of everything.

In the Phuket heat, a fan just isn’t enough to stay cool overnight. The light in the balcony also couldn’t turn off.

Excellent, location, easily accessible, clean and comfortable. Friendly staff.

Nothing very poor this needs to be taken off my booking. Embarrassing how you’re advertising this.

the location was good and the price was also good.

the staff in which work in the morning was completely disaster. they weren’t able to understand English. Even translator wasn’t enough to solve the problems because their abilities of solving problems were zero. So they make us very tired by explaining even small things.
