Absolutley nothing, staff cant speak a word of english so not helpful, no lift so carrying rucksacks up to 3rd floor was awful, no kettle in room, awful balcony if you can call it a balcony

Good parking, the hotel is close to the old town.

I wanted to rent a motorbike through the hotel, I don't recommend it, it's better to get one yourself.

The only positive was a nice shower.

There was a constant terrible weed smell from neighbouring balconies. The door to the balcony doesn’t shut properly so felt pretty unsafe. There is no wifi at all, we needed wifi to work & the staff were extremely unhelpful when we brought the issue up. They did not understand that you cannot advertise wifi if you don’t provide it. They would not listen to us when we told them we could connect to the ‘wifi’ but it had no signal so didn’t work! They were extremely rude and despite us trying our hardest using google translate, they would constantly laugh in our faces. Appalling customer service. No plugs by the bed. The room was so tired & needs updating.

Comfy bed and they would clean the room everyday.

Personally we would have preferred to stay in patong. We had to pay a lot of money to get there via tuk or drove a ped which was scary as the roads were so busy. The old town was great but was very far from patong.
