This was a great property in a good location. Our host, Boy, was very chatty and friendly which made the stay very enjoyable. Everything was clean and well kept.

Emplacement dans la ville historique Le gérant Boy et sa mère qui parle français sont très serviables Possibilité d'acheter son petit déjeuner au 7 eleven a côté et de le prendre sur place ( café et thé à disposition)

"Great location in heart of Chiang Mai"

Great location in centre of Chiang Mai, night sunday market is like 3 min walk. Host with nickname "Boy" was very friendly and recommended a few places to visit.

I didn't like that I had to take my shoes off at the entrance and walk two flights of stairs to get to my room bare foot, I'm just not used to walk without shoes or flip flops indoors.

Lovely staff, they let us check in really early which was very much appreciated

Had a slight issue with first room the aircon wasn’t working but they promptly moved and upgraded us
