The owner is very friendly and helps with all sorts of matters. They also respond to written messages very quickly. Mrs Pissamorn also can help you book tours if you want to do that. The location of the Guesthouse is very, very good, right in the center of the old city. You can get anywhere quickly by foot or grab a taxi or tuktuk everywhere.

Wonderful location, very comfortable bed and a very well equipped room. By far the most comfortable stay I've had in Thailand

The host is a bit overbearing going through all the rules and checking in often but I'm sure some people appreciate the hand holding. It mostly seemed common sense stuff to me but I guess common sense isn't all that common

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The location couldn’t have been better—right next to the Sunday Night Market, Wat Phra Singh, and surrounded by great restaurants and coffee shops. It was the perfect base for exploring Chiang Mai. What truly made our stay unforgettable was the hospitality of our host, Pissamorn. She went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. From thoughtful recommendations and local insights to helping us with anything we needed, she was incredibly kind, attentive, and generous with her time. Staying here felt like having a peaceful, comfortable home in the heart of the city. We couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Chiang Mai!
