I did not have to call anyone to get out.

Hours after booking, when I arrived, I should have had the message with access codes but I did not. There was nobody on site so I had to call in to the local number and voila- after 15 minutes of waiting behind the door I managed to get in from the main entrance. After trying and retrying the codes on the apartment door, the only thing I managed to achieve was the siren sounds from the lock. After calling the local number again and waiting for some time, I got a new code which worked on the room lock. Bingo! It felt like breaking in. Only 30 minutes to get to your prepaid-and-no-refund room. By the time I managed to get my stuff to my room, everything was closed down in the city and I had to get my dinner from the gas station. Booking dot com allows you to send "special" requests with the booking to the facility, I used it and asked to turn on the air conditioning in advance. When I stepped into my room, it was a cozy 26 degrees celsius and ac was off. After hours of working the ac finally managed to cool down the room although it made strange noise all the time. Thank you! Will not visit again.

Surprisingly, the floor was not dirty, just a little hair. Can't complain about a cleaning lady's job. Maybe a Ukrainian who knows how things are done and how a service should work.

When it was the time for check in I didn't get any message. I wrote to the host where my code was and received it only after 15 minutes. So, they don't allow any checkin a minute earlier without 30 euro extra payment, even though they have free rooms, but they don't let a guest enter on time. I spent more time opening the building entrance door after getting the code because the dial equipment worked weirdly (have a video recording). A hotel employee dialed me by phone and started convincing that everything was fine, that nobody complains, it's just me (yes, literally!), that she had a lot of work (until 3 pm) with the other clients, so somebody always has to wait...I was estonished. It is just unbelievable that such a service exists! It was happening in a hallway, and later I couldn't enter my room, because a dial equipment on another door didn't work too and the signalisation turned on! I was still arguing with a hotel employee who barely could apologise, almost making me guilty about the situation. It wasn't a polite conversation with sincere apologies, it was in a high voice, saying how much work she has, how she can't change the hotel policy, and that sending the code 15 minutes after the agreed time was fine. I felt I was the most unwanted guest because her excuse was that the other clients were waiting. After some more waiting and desperate effort, I finally managed to enter the room. Considering all this time and effort wasted, it took me overall 33 min to enter the property after expected checkin time. I was unwilling to go out because the dial equipment may work unproperly again, and I'll get stuck outside, and nobody will help for sure. Don't come here.
