Friendly staff, good room, quiet

No a/c

Very disappointed,we didn't like anything.

The room was very small even if it looks big in the picture and there are 2 beds and a couch. I don't think the bed linen was changed before we came (it had a weird smell) The water from the shower head was very slow and the shower drain I think was clogged. All the water from the shower went into the room. We stayed for 2 days and our towels were not changed. The beds were very uncomfortable and so was the couch. The toilet lid was not positioned correctly. The TV was too small for the room I had. We asked for a fan for the room and we were offered a very small and not good one. I do not recommend this villa and it seemed expensive for what we were offered. We were very disappointed because in the pictures the place looks nice, but unfortunately it is not.
