Everything here is adorable. Like the room from the fairy tale. The breakfast was so delicious. And the host is very friendly.🥰 I hope I can stay longer next time.

The place is lovely, little houses in little garden. It is located in the area where you can easily access to nature, chic cafes, good restaurants and convenient to go to Nimman, airport and downtown. You can commute by rental cars, motorbikes or Grab taxis. The owner gets good breakfast from local market and prepare in a very artistic presentation. You will enjoy breakfast in the little dining area with sound of chicken's clucks. It is a rare and peaceful experience.

The bathroom needs some improvement. Shower water-pressure is a bit low, curtain is quite old. Although it situates in the garden, you won't see it with closed windows as they are wooden windows, not glass. In winter without air-conditioning, it should be superb!

The guesthouse was cosy, like a home, with animal friends and greenery. The location was also great. It's not far from Baan Kang Wat and lovely cafes and restaurants. And it's near Wat Umong.

It's not exactly something I didn't like. It's just that my senior parents need brighter lights. I didn't check and spot early the dim shower room light. It was night time by the time I realised so we didn't contact the reception. All was good and would be great if the light was by default bright enough for my parents.

We really enjoyed that we had a wonderful authentic experience. We received a different delicious breakfast and coffee every morning. The staff went out of their way to pack a packed breakfast for our tour. We loved the chickens and the warm, loving atmosphere.

I stayed 3 weeks at Pay Yan Noi. It is a beautiful peaceful setting within a lovely enclosed garden. The hostess was very kind and helpful throughout my stay and made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of fresh fruit beautifully presented each day. The room was clean & very comfortable and met all my needs. The location was perfect, close to the national park but also not far, by taxi from the old town. There are good local cafe’s and a juice bar locally. I highly recommend this beautiful guest home when you are visiting Chiang Mai.

Breakfast is abundant and delicious, with tasty local coffee. The are lots of sound of animals at night (chicken mostly), reminds of the countryside. The two hosts were very kind and helped us with transportation issue. Enjoyed the short stay at the cosy guesthouse!

absolutely everything was pretty amazing the breakfast, I stayed three days and everyday different full meal, beautifully decorated too. organic coffe, free range egg, home made veg. very generous staff and helped me many things, simple but contemporary decor. close to lovely arty craft market and not far from food stall area, but the cafe next door, makes not only good good coffe and more, but has shops too, I did all my shopping here.
