definitely good location, inside ancient town and night market just around the street, everything in the rooms are nice and clean

noise is unavoidable but acceptable, but its better if the curtains is darker

We had the room on the roof which meant loads of space and an incredible outdoor terrace.

Was fine for us to cross the outdoor terrace to get to the bathroom/shower/toilet in the night. But might not suit everyone.

"We really loved our stay in this establishment"

It was more of an AirBnB style flat, with self check-in and check-out. And we didn't mind at all. You've got everything you need in the kitchenette, in the bathroom, in the room! We also had a terrace with a beaufiul view on Doi Suthep, as well as a balcony on the other side with the view on the street. It's located at the Chiang Mai gate, next to a market and next to the Saturday walking market. I'd definitely come back.

The door to the room was a little bit tricky to close from the inside.

Location was fantastic, next to Chiang Mai Gate & market. Walking distance to Saturday and Sunday night market. No issue with checking-in as proper instructions were given.

The road in front can be noisy, as it is just next to the market. The kitchen can be a little bit more tidier.
