Pleasant atmosphere near the river. Freshly cooked breakfast, for each individual. Lots of fruit, too. Overall, the room was clean, and the beds were comfy.

The stench from the fridge was so strong that it was unbearable to open even for a few seconds. When we called both numbers we could find, and sent a LINE message for help, no one responded. No one was at the front desk, either. We ended up putting our food in my brother’s fridge, who was in a different room. When I complained the next day, they wiped our fridge down, but didn’t really take care of the odor. It was probably beyond repair, but we would have at least expected some gesture of apology; they just acted as if they had done enough. And when I told them we could not contact anyone the day before, and had to bring our food to another room, they just laughed and said “oh sorry, I must have been asleep.” Maybe my expectations are too high, but I would have expected a little more than that, at least a sign of regret about what happened. (BTW we had called at 9 PM - a little early for hotel services to completely shut down) Floor was not carpeted or tiled; it looked like the floor of a parking lot. Too many stray dogs in the neighborhood. I could not jog because I was barked at everywhere I went. We chose this place because it was near my uncle’s funeral ceremony. For five times the price of other options that were slightly further away, we were expecting high quality service and facilities; the price was nearly the same as four-star accommodations in Pattaya. Unfortunately, we were quite disappointed.

THIS PLACE WAS THE BEST. ITS VERY QUITE AND EXTREMELY NICE. THE STAFF WENT BEYOND TO MAKE US VERY COMFORTABLE. EVERY MORING WE HAD BREAKFAST SERVED TO US OUT BY THE RIVER. THEY DID MY LAUNDRY FOR VERY LITTLE COST. THEY MADE US FEEL LIKE THERE FAMILY. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SEE THIS AMAZING PLACE AND TELL THEM I SENT YOU..

The only thing was bed was a little to stiff for me..

Beautiful environment. Very comfortable and clean inside the room and outside areas. Very friendly staff. I would love to come back here again. I would recommend to stay at this place to anyone. Very beautiful and peaceful. I love it…
